Raspberry, blackcurrant, violet.

 

GRAPE VARIETIES:

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc.

 

FOOD/WINE PAIRING:

Excellent with white meats, quiches, grilled fish, soft cheeses or red fruit desserts.
