Château Saint Julian stands in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, a step away from the Benedictine Abbey of La Sauve Majeure.  With more structure than its younger brother, Château Saint Julian is consistently rich and inticing with its expressive black fruit aromas.

 

AROMAS :

Raspberry, blackcurrant, violet, plum, coffee and toasted notes.

 

GRAPE VARIETIES:

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc.

 

FOOD/WINE PAIRING:

Rib eye steak, grilled side of beef, tournedos or coq au vin.
